(no subject)

Ordered a turkey-provolone-and-pesto sandwich and a summer-berry lemonade boba tea at Starbucks yesterday. Managed to use up my gift card, and only had $1.57 left to pay off. Decided to pay that off with one of many singles I've been keeping for bus fare, and part of some loose change I found from Coinstar. (Got a nickel back, since I didn't have enough pennies to combine with two quarters without a dime on top.)

Both items were okay, but I'm probably going to write boba tea off there. The boba wasn't anything like I've had before, basically just thin-skinned berries that were hard to sip up mingled with some ice in the bottom of the cup, slippery and hard to catch between my teeth, and simply burst into berry juice upon chewing.
