Oct. 3rd, 2024 06:37 amFor some reason, Mom was the one to receive a voicemail from SCAT yesterday. She forwarded it to me two hours later, but I was watching something on YouTube before she called me down for dinner.
I already mentioned wait time estimates having been reinstated, but the day prior, I had called SCAT to cancel yesterday's return trip, and managed to hear this nice reggae riff that had already replaced the on-hold soundtrack. So, that basically resolved my complaints even before having heard back.
Marie had somehow been shown the message, and texted to ask what I complained about. Mom texted back to mention my issue the other day with Coinstar, saying that I always make a point of reporting problems like those.

It had been decided that Dad was not fit to do any of the exercises that that rehab place would've had to offer. He was instead brought home in an ambulance last night, after I had already gone off to bed, and a nurse is supposed to come to the house each week to help him regain proper use of his legs.
