Jan. 20th, 2026 05:01 amConverted my main video's introduction to the hack into a short yesterday morning, just to set the stage for some traffic while Mom and I are away.
My channel wound up getting a whopping 33 views to start with between 9 and 10.

Mom and I had arranged to try on some jackets at the mall, and I scheduled a bus there at 10.
In an attempt to lose some weight after weighing myself at 205lbs more than a week ago, Mom had suggested I eat lightly and lay off the ice cream. Got myself some sushi and a spring roll for lunch, and then some Oreo boba tea at Black Pearl instead of a sundae or a large slice of cheesecake.
Read one chapter of Royal Tailor: Clothier to the Crown after browsing around at Barnes & Noble. Mom told me she was stopping at Staples for a binder by the time I finished said chapter, and I hopped over to L.L. Bean.
After waiting a few minutes, and then asking where she was by that point (no response), I decided to check out f.y.e. again. Even without a dedicated section, I did spot some anime DVDs still shelved together, although nothing really stood out.
Mom texted me to come meet her then. I initially took some initiative to try some jackets on before spotting Mom inside, but they had the same problem as the one at Marshall's.
We then checked out Macy's, for which Mom had a gift card. After snagging my arm in several more, I randomly tried out an open XL jacket already open, and it fit perfectly. Showed Mom, and we decided upon that one. (And as a bonus, it the cashier told Mom that the store was having a sale.)

My channel got quite a surge in traffic overnight, totaling out to 394 for the day just 17 minutes ago.
Only translates into a total of two hours, though, most of which isn't gonna count towards my main hour count since they were short-views. No new subscribers either so far.
