dmxratedYesterday, Mom and Marie weren't feeling well, so they both stayed home with me. While I was making some lunch for myself, Marie saw at least the second half of a single episode of Boston Public, which I was taping anyway.
Later on, I went to my usual weekly meeting at the Writer's Club. For the first half of this meeting, the person in charge was asking for suggestions as to how we could make the club better than just show-and-tell. Only one person got to share something of his, about how mean people can be. Someone yells at the main character from his own car as the lanes merge. When he gets to the grocery store, he witnesses the manager reprimanding an employee for stacking canned goods in a cube instead of a pyramid. Finally, when he's at the checkout lane, the man in front of him yells at the clerk for putting a can of soup over the bread.
