Just one Co7G entry today, because this is a pretty significant day during my life in 7th Grade. This one also introduces most of Mom's side of the extended family, including Adam when he was not even half a year old.

September 13, 1998 (Sunday)

Today, Grandma Ella went with us in the suburban to Aunt Dawn’s for Adam’s Christianization and Cameron’s birthday. On the way there, we also picked up Aunt Jane.

Before we went to the church, though, we went to Grandpa Bob’s apartment. Cousins Dennis and Steven, Aunt Allison, Uncle Robby, and Uncle Marvin were there. Brian and Dennis started talking, and Dennis told Brian that he rented Banjo-Kazooie for three days, and got halfway through the game.

When we got to Aunt Dawn’s, there was a petting zoo and a moon bounce thingy. Me, Brian, Marie, and Cousins Dennis and Steven went into the moon bounce thingy along with some little kids. Dennis did a frontflip and I copied him a bunch of times, saying “It’s the Amazing Acrobat” each time before I flipped. Soon, I sprained my foot and asked everyone to get out. Soon, one of the little kids is like “Why don’t you get out?” So I went into the house anyway. I told Dad I broke my foot, and he said “You wouldn’t be walking on it.” My parents looked at it anyway.

Later, before we left, we all got our picture taken.

On our way home, me and Brian were playing Rock, Paper, Scissors, and I was sticking out three fingers and said Laser Beam. I told Brian “Laser beats everything.” He’s like “What about mirror?” I kept talking to myself “Laser beats rock, laser beats paper, and laser beats scissors.” Brian was getting pissed off. Mom’s like “Maybe he’s just getting a little ansy.”
