Chronicles of 7th Grade: 10/4/98

dmxratedJust one entry today. Not very long or significant, but this marks the day that Brian traded Diddy Kong Racing back for Starfox 64.
October 4, 1998 (Sunday)
This morning, I beat WizPig in Diddy Kong Racing, and started to play the levels in Future Funland. I couldn’t get into one of them, though, because I still needed more balloons, but I didn’t know where to find any.
After church, before we went home, I thought about a game where all the kids in the snowboarding trip were snowboarding in space, and some of the music from Diddy Kong Racing was playing.
Later today, Brian gave Diddy Kong Racing back to Eric Moriarity and got back Starfox 64.
Next game: Super Mario Bros. For this game, my objective was to kill each Bowser clone with fireballs. I never did accomplish that objective back then, and it's okay if I don't clear it this time.
Not much happened yesterday either. Dad replaced the shower head, faucet, and knob yesterday. I finally got around to applying for jobs at several stores, and will continue today. Also, for some reason, I haven't received any email notifications about receiving lj-comments. I even checked my settings, and it says I'm supposed to receive notices through email, but this isn't the first time this has happened.
