Five rounds of Getter Love!! today, and I'm only gonna bother describing the last one.
How the fuck does one kick so much ass during the first half of a game, and then fuck up again and again?
Here's how:
Started the game off by buying the Beach Date card at the Information Center, and was met by Natsuki. Got invited to a Cafe Liquid party, invited her, and ended up talking to Nakayoshi girl Makoto instead. She didn't invite me anywhere, so I went to Itoh Mart hoping to get in touch with either Natsuki or Shizuku. The former it is, and I set up my Beach date for the very next turn.
While I moved right along with Natsuki, everyone else spent the entire first week of the game trying to decide which girl to commit themselves to, and half the time, they were either coming to dates unpresentable or answering questions wrong. I also managed to cancel out Chikashi's Shrine date with Ayumi. That kept him in his place for then. And to promote my relationship even further, I used several Love Love cards and got Natsuki's scene at my house. Bingo!
Somewhere along the way, Chikashi used an Item Toru card at CD&BOOK to steal a Reika Gekitai card that I bought from Panda Park. Not good! Natsuki also set up a date at her house. I beat her to the school, Alfonso gave me another Love Love card, I accidentally used it on Ayumi, and then my low Tairyoku cost me that opportunity.
Later on, I went to Itoh Mart to wait for Natsuki, only to get hosed by Reika instead. That Gekitai card would've really come in handy then, if only Chikashi didn't fucking STEAL IT! Trying to pin her onto someone didn't work, and I was forced to spend the rest of the game at home.
Also tell me one thing: How does one manage to win the fucking game when his Youshi or Tairyoku is almost empty? Sometimes, I have slightly more than that, and it drives my bitch away! What the fuck kind of rules does this game go by? It makes no fucking sense, unless the game was programmed specifically to discriminate against human players!
Wow! That round was just epic! As in, an epic failure!
Tonight's song:
Strike Ants
Dangerous Seed
Genesis
Namco
Note: In case you're wondering, Sonic Megamix is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog. The song in question plays during Act 1 of Metallic Base (Equivalent to the Scrap Brain).
Tomorrow will just be a regular entry, without any bullshit about the fucking game! Good fucking night, more hours of nonstop aggravation tomorrow!
