On my way to work yesterday, I told Mom about the current state of Nintendo Power magazine auctions on Ebay. In the past, we used to come across auctions that would go past $50. Right now, no matter how many magazines are in a given auction, most auctions are not much more than 99 cents. Mom told me that most people aren't even buying stuff from Ebay at this time of year because they're spending their money on Christmas gifts. I really do need to get rid of most of my Nintendo Power magazines and Brian's Boy's Life magazines (which he himself wants to get rid of), but if one is going to get rid of so many magazines, he or she might as well make some money in the process. So I'll wait until next month to get rid of them. Meanwhile, now is a good time to buy another copy of Pokemon Stadium.

On the way home from work, I asked Mom to drop me off at Borders. When she asked why, I told her so that I could just read volume 2 of Sgt. Keroro (or Sgt. Frog, as the manga is called). She asked me if I could just buy it, because she doesn't have time to drop me off. I told her I would decide before she went out to pick Marie up.

It's been a hard decision. For one thing, I've already spent money on Pokemon Stadium, a transfer pak, Digimon World 3, and a ROMNation account, and I don't want to end up compulsively spending money on every single issue of that manga series. Also, along with Pokemon Stadium (which I haven't played much), I also have three episodes left of Mon Colle Knights volume 11, a lot of Love Hina episodes yet to watch, and I need to study for Thursday's Political Thought essay. My urge to buy that book has turned itself on and off, but yesterday, I thought that no matter how much or what I had, it wouldn't be enough to get my mind off of it.

Mom asked me if she would get me some other manga (not Sgt. Keroro) right now, I would take it off my credit list, and then get me the one I want as a Christmas gift. I told her I would rather have Sgt. Keroro right now, although she wouldn't want to know what it is that I like about it so much. (No, it's not pornographic, but some would find Aki to be a bit controversial. Actually, she is exactly why I bought the first volume last summer.) So, Mom decided to buy it right after I get dropped off at work this morning.

Moving on, Brian borrowed Final Fantasy VII from Seth two nights ago, and he started playing it last night. Also, it's snowing this morning. Yay.
