Yesterday, Mom and I were gonna have a walk at that dockyard where my family and I used to bring our dog Lucy. When we got there, though, it turned out that the place was closed for construction. Mom told me that apparently, the docks are being rebuilt after the number of hurricanes that we've had recently.

Since we were there, though, we decided to have a walk anyway, down Beaver Dam Road. We eventually, reached a bridge over a river, and looked out at the water. Mom pointed out that Dad used to live in a houseboat on that river when she first met him.
