dmxratedYesterday afternoon, while accumulating watts for my PokeWalker, I brought the lawnmower down Masem Court and mowed the front lawn of the house where the Marinos used to live. Yeah, I've been meaning to get around to that for days now, because every time I pass that house, I can't help but notice the weeds that cover it.
Apparently, no one was home at that time. I later told Mom when she called me and asked what I did today, and she told me I can't just go to someone's house and mow their lawn randomly like that. Later on still, when Mom and Dad were both home, Dad asked, I told him, and he joked about me being the mayor of Masem Court.

Last night, I went hunting for Pokemon on Routes 47 and 48 in Pokemon SoulSilver. While listening to the music that plays there, I was half-expecting to hear something that I was familiar with but couldn't remember offhand. Just when I came out, though, Dad tuned in to this show called Nova, right at the last five or six notes of the opening theme, and then it hit me. I made a comment to Mom and Dad, and then played the song from where I found it on YouTube.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find the current theme song of Nova. There is a 1999 version, but it doesn't match what I heard last night. However, here's a link to the other song:

Yeah, even though I do look mainly for exciting music in video games, there are also ambient songs like this one that I enjoy as well. There are some in Pokemon DPP, such as Route 201, that I play in my head every now and then. This song sure is pretty, and it's too bad I'm not gonna apply the Johto Safari Zone to Parasitic Trio.
