A week ago, Mom put up an entire lot of metal toy cars on Ebay, starting for just $10. Just last night, that auction ended on $280.00. That's right, down to the cent, unless you count $9.20 for shipping and handling. So now, she has another auction for more toy cars going, starting at $20.

The other thing? Queen of Queens, finally! I contacted Kristina Potts, the Getter Love!! reviewer who also happens to collect video games in general. Even though she doesn't currently own a PC-FX, she did say she plans on getting one when she responded to my email from two nights ago, and that she'll take good care of it even if the game does suck. (Her home is located in Brooklyn, the same city where Marie's dorm is located, so since me and Mom will be going there on Thursday, I guess I'll check where both are located.)

The only other person I'm aware of that collects games is James Rolfe, the Angry Video Game Nerd. I tried contacting him first, several times for the past few months, but had no luck getting a response from him. Trying to sell the game on Ebay is also useless, what with someone trying to sell it for $8 for more than the past month and still having no such luck. By this point, I've already grown tired of having the game sit around unplayed for more than a year, and don't really care about money anymore. (Besides which, somehow, upon checking my bank account just last night, I now have exactly $975 in the bank; last time I checked, I had somewhere around $300, so this will be more than enough if I wanna invest in any more games or anything related.)

If by any chance I hear back from the AVGN, I might buy the $8 copy, and then mail it to him upon receiving it.

I have friends who collect video games. I'm not sure what exactly the issue is in your post though. xD

Oh, you do? In that case, next time I decide to get rid of any games, I'll let you know. This isn't the first time I've sold or donated any games of mine.

The issue in my post? I don't understand what you're asking. Mind being a bit more specific?

Cool, I'm sure they'll appreciate it. :) Assuming they have the system to play it on, haha. They mostly collect NES, SNES, and stuff for the various Sega consoles (they love awful games on the Sega CD, lol).

Oh, I just wasn't sure what it was about. You seem like you really want to get rid of a game, but you also want to buy it for AVGN?

About AVGN though, maybe he doesn't trust giving out his address to people on the internet whom he doesn't know?

Too late to mention now, but let me just emphasize that the game in question here was for the NEC PC-FX. That, in turn, was only released in Japan, so there's a good chance they won't have that console, and it's also pretty expensive to buy on Ebay or elsewhere.

What I meant to say was, I would buy another copy for him only if he replies to one of my past messages. Chances are, he isn't going to at this point, so it's probably a moot point.

The last thing you mentioned is correct. For anyone who wants to donate games to him, he has a specific email address to contact first, and chances are, he gets so many donation offers that he doesn't have time to look at all of them. So, yeah.
