Ran into Raikou on Route 30 yesterday morning, after getting the Experience Share from Mr. Pokemon. Jirachi, whom I had downloaded the previous day and leveled way up since, was able to land a hit on him with Draco Meteor before he fled.
After doing a few more things and returning to Goldenrod City, I decided to take three PokeWalker opportunities. The first was with Gyarados at Blue Lake. Most steps for that round were accumulated while I did a whole bunch of stuff around the house, including vacuuming it, and then walking one lap up and down Masem Court. The next two were with Scyther at Town Outskirts, and then Unown at Night Sky's Edge. Even though it was still somewhat hot outside, it was at least past noon and getting cooler.
Walked a total of 20,715 steps with the PokeWalker yesterday.
