dmxratedAfter fooling around some more with the Playstation 2, the disk tray is now broken and barely comes out. However, before it broke, I was able to look underneath it and see exactly where and how I'm supposed to insert the slide card, and was able to pull it out that way as far as it will go anymore.
In any case, it looks like this unit will be up to Brian to fix when he starts modding it, when he comes home during August. When he does get around to that, though, maybe he can also mod it so that I wouldn't even have to use Breaker Pro to play import PSX games.
I would rather not throw away something like Breaker Pro. The instructions and certain webpages say that it's specifically designed to enable import and backup Playstation games on the Playstation 2, and I want to make sure that's true if I ever decide to sell it on Ebay. Also, even though I would be able to play Makeruna! Makendou 2 easily on an emulator, 3D games such as Snowboard Kids Plus are still more easily played on a console, since you can use a joystick to move the characters around.

I actually met Raikou the first time on Route 30, not Route 31. I just corrected that mistake last night.
How did someone like Bug Catcher Wade teach his Metapod and Kakuna Bug Bite? Those are tutored moves that you can only teach your Pokemon at the Battle Frontier.
Anyway, after having fought a rematch with Wade, I ran into Raikou for the second time so far on Route 31. I had my Jigglypuff (downloaded from the Pokemon Fan Event Center) use Thunder Wave on it, but then briefly regretted doing that. This was the same mistake I made when I was trying to capture Entei in Crystal, and I could have instead damaged Raikou some more with Ice Beam or Hyper Voice, and now I won't be able to put it to sleep. But then again, I'm not sure if I'll even run into Raikou again, and if I do, whichever Pokemon I have upfront at the time will have a better chance of landing a hit before it flees, since paralysis slows Pokemon down and doesn't cure itself.
I am so gonna save the Master Ball for Entei, in case I ever run into that one.
