My Super NES arrived at the post office a few days ago. Me and Mom went over there yesterday to pick it up.
When I got home and tried it out (on both my TV and the living room TV), it still didn't work. I told Mom about it after she woke up from a nap, and we had a look at it. However, it actually did start to work after she flipped the reset switch.
Originally, I was planning on selling it on Ebay after making sure it works, but Mom advised me to make sure I can sell it for more than $75, the amount that she paid to have it sent over to OSG. Unfortunately, most SNESes aren't going for much (except for those that have a lot of games bundled with them). But then again, Yoshi's Island happens to be one of my favorite games for the system, I was already lucky enough to sell Earthbound alone for $88 and the rest of my games for over $135, and perhaps in the future, I might decide to buy some import games for it so I can keep my Japanese skills up.
(Good thing this whole thing with the console not working hadn't happened a year ago, while I was hosting Chronicles of 7th Grade. If that were the case...well, I guess I would have just put Co7G on a brief hiatus and actually bought a second SNES. Would have been interesting if it came with some extra games as a bonus, but even then, I would have still gone out of my way to find someone who could repair this one. But still, that was the last time I ever actually played anything on it, and you'd think it would have shown some warning signs then before it stopped working completely.)

As much as I do enjoy fantasizing about colossal anime girls, tiny ones also appeal to me. Shouldn't be any big surprise, since A Little Snow Fairy Sugar has been one of my favorite anime since just two years ago.
Just found out about this Lucky Star manga spinoff last night, called Lucky Star Pocket Travelers, in which the main characters are inexplicably shrunken down to a few inches tall. Gave it a read on OneManga.com, but as it turns out, S^3 stopped scanlating it after the second chapter, and is long since dead.
Right now, there is one copy of the first volume on Amazon.com, but I'm not sure if it's actually that big of a deal to me whether I read the rest of it or not. In fact, while I do find the concept to be cute, the fact that Miyuki's breasts have also shrunken makes her a bit out of character.

No it doesn't. Anatomical features are not characterization. Out of character (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/out_of_character) means a character acts differently than they should.
