Aug. 22nd, 2010 06:58 amBrian fixed up my Playstation 2 yesterday. According to him, something was pressed down underneath the disk tray, which is why it would barely open.
In any case, I don't think Breaker Pro is worth trying again. I bought that thing (and Makeruna! Makendou 2) beforehand because I thought things would be kept simple that way. Instead, though, I'm gonna have to look for a Playstation emulator, and if it's one that's supposed to read actual game disks (like Magic Engine FX with PC-FX games), then that would at least make buying the game worthwhile, but even then, I'm also gonna need some software that can record footage on our computer... which in turn, would have its own advantages, such as already being on the computer, ready for editing or uploading, and better video quality than with a VHS tape.
In the meantime, buying the game might have been worth the money anyway. When I run it on the PS2, I can only listen to the soundtrack, but that might allow me to tape the songs by themselves and upload them to YouTube. Plus, one of these songs has also played in the MMZ epilogue.
