Sep. 2nd, 2010 06:59 amGoing to send back that Clannad DVD that I got the other day, after finding out that the audio is Japanese-only. From what I've read, though, there is supposed to be an official English dub for this series due to come out, if it hasn't been released already.

Yesterday was a Wednesday. That's the day when the Lake of Rage is half-drained, which means I have to wait until the next day to get TM 10 (Hidden Power) from there, but I kept myself nice and busy with the PokeWalker.
Well, as far as chores go, Mom had asked me to water the pine trees in our sideyard, vacuum the house, and hang the wash out on the line. I was half-done with the vacuuming before I put my Walker on, but I also found a handful of other things to do, including sweeping the leaves and acorns off the driveway.
First session: Sent Magby to Refreshing Field. Worked up the 2,500 steps required to find Revives just by taking care of stuff around the house. (Usually, I just aim for the number of steps required to find everything that I deem worthwhile; X items and such are not among those.) Nothing special happened during that session, but right after I transferred Magby back onto the game, an ! mark appeared, and a Sentret just joined me for free. (This would actually happen again right after I sent that one over to Bill's PC.)
(Bulbapedia confirms this not to be a glitch. I have seen the Walker accumulate a miniscule amount of steps while sitting on my windowsill, and this sometimes results in one extra Watt added to my game. However, I already have a total of 12 badges, and this is the first time this has ever happened.)
So anyway, I managed to unlock the Treehouse after sending the first Sentret over to my game. After the second one, I then sent Pachirisu over to Beautiful Beach. Walked seven or eight laps up and down Masem Court with it. Came home, sought a few items, transferred it back to the game, and then sent Snorlax to Volcano Path. Walked eight more laps up and down Masem, went home, caught a Slugma and a Houndour, obtained three Revives, and then called it a day. Last thing I did in the game for the night was water and plant some berries, and then pick a Red Apricorn on Route 44.
Total steps walked: 18,365. I got quite the workout yesterday!
