Sep. 14th, 2010 07:24 amBeat the main game in Pokemon SoulSilver yesterday.
After fighting a good handful of rematches with various trainers in Johto, I finally confronted Ash on Mt. Silver and beat him. My team consisted of Raichu (my Surfing Pokemon), Goldeen (knows Waterfall), Grotle (knows Strength and Rock Climb), Heracross (knows Rock Smash), Cresselia (the extra on the team), and last but not least, Arceus (with the Splash Plate). Goldeen and Heracross leveled up a few times during the fight, while Arceus took out most of Ash's Pokemon (except for Blastoise, which I had Raichu deal with), and since Charizard was the last Pokemon he put out, that was the time I had Arceus use Judgment andend the world finish the battle with water.
At that point, I was already starting to wear my brain out, but just to get the following over with, I then paid a visit to Professor Oak and Steven and chose Charmander and Mudkip from them respectively.
Just then, Mom came home and suggested that I come with her to the library. I decided to take this as a change in pace, and transferred my Marill to Rugged Road before we left. When we got there, I walked from there to WalMart and back, walking about five or six laps while Mom was inside.
When we got home, Mom had me bring the garbage to Masem Court, which would rake me in even more steps. Walked one lap up and down Masem after that (and I'm also glad someone did away with that animal carcass). Brought the house garbage and the recycling out as I was about to come in; even more steps in from that.
Walked a total of exactly 5,500 steps upon fetching some items and bringing Marill back into the game.
Today, now that I have the Reaper Cloth, I gotta evolve my Dusclops at the Global Trade Station in Goldenrod City, which means hopefully I'll get something I don't have and unlock Beyond the Sea on my PokeWalker. Also gotta show Charmander to Mr. Pokemon to get the Red Orb, which I'm gonna need in order to confront Groudon in the Embedded Tower. After that, I'm gonna decide on three Pokemon to use at the Battle Frontier, and any rematches that come up (and one did so far, right after I boarded the S.S. Aqua to Kanto yesterday) will be used to level up those three Pokemon and only those.
Tomorrow, I've got an appointment with Dr. Perret, and I've arranged a bus to take me to Stonybrook Hospital to meet with Mom. This will likely be the very last time I use the PokeWalker for Pokemon SoulSilver before I wrap things up once and for all.
