dmxratedTurns out that Mom and Dad actually don't plan on watching DVDs anytime soon. For this reason, I hooked up the VCR/DVD player to my TV set, and got the PC-FX hooked up to it.
When Mom wakes up, I'm gonna need to ask her how to set it to record in SP mode. (Unless it's already set to that.)

Ever since I started my internship, I needed to keep borrowing Dad's cell phone to keep in touch with Mom. Just last night, though, Mom found my phone in a box in Marie's closet, where she put away a whole bunch of stuff months ago. As it turns out, she had to order some kind of card in order for me to be able to use it again, since I haven't used it in such a long time. I even heard her tell Dad afterwards that she should have just bought a new one, except that she didn't because she didn't want to pay $50 only to have mine turn up and still be usable.
