dmxratedGot 80 points yesterday by giving a llama badge to wolfdog53.
Beat Chip-chan Kick for a second time yesterday, with a new high score of 1,013,900 points.
The dishwasher has finally been fixed by two guys from Bosch. Dad had left work early to tell them what was wrong with it these past months.
Cameron has translated an entire scene from Makeruna! Makendou Z for me, and also told me about someone who might be able to translate even more of the game. Right now, though, I don't feel like annotating, so I'm just gonna copy and paste the dialogue here in a cut.
1. Hikari: Wow, the balance beam is becoming a log bridge. Let's go try it big sis'.
2. Saya: Uh, sorry.
3. Mattoundou: Oh, what? You all. Ah, perhaps you wish to pass? Sorry, but I'm afraid I'm practicing. So, try next time.
4. Mai: Practicing? This is our academy?
5. Hikari: Ya, who are you?
6. Mattoundou: I? I am the gymnastics ghost mattoundou. Nice to meet you.
7. Hikari: Nice to meet you.
8. Mai: I'd like to ask you but...
9. Mattoundou: I wonder what? Since you'll become a bother to practice, please ask quickly if it's a question.
10. Mai: Do you know about the big four Shinmakai gods?
(Shinmakai is jargon and a literal translation would be "word of true demons".
11. Mattounddou: The big four Shinmakai gods?
12. Saya: It's alright if you don't know.
13. Mattoundou: I do know!
14. Mai: Really?
15. Mattoundo: I'm not lying. And, I am one of them, serving to Honmadekkaa.
16. Mai: Well then, uh, could you guide us to Honmadekkaa?
17. Hikari: Ya, guide us?
18. Mattoundo: Hey, are you guys perhaps the demon kendou gang that defeated Honmanimoo?
19. Mai: Yes, but, gang is a bit rude you know.
20. Mattoundo: Ahahahahaha, sorry sorry. I'll guide for you, so forgive me.
21. Mai: Isn't that normally called a trap?
22. Saya: Well well, since she says she'll at great pains guide us, isn't even a trap ok?
23. Mattoundou: But, guiding is usually a pain, personally..
24. Mai: What should we do?
25. Mattoundo: Battling with me one each on top of this balance beam. Even if one person wins, I'll help guide you.
26. Mai: Eh? On top of the balance beam?
27. Mattoundou: Yes. The sense of balance is fairly necessary..how about it? It would be ok to use the uneven parallel bars or the vaulting horse, but there are too many handicaps.
