dmxratedFinally treated myself to play Angry Birds yesterday. Right now, though, there's this glitch where, after a few minutes, certain things fail to appear, even though they are clickable and the sound effects are still audible. Wouldn't have been such a big deal, but I thought I might as well ask around anyway in case other people have had such an issue, and report it to whoever runs the site.
Also found a forum thread where someone asked why the start button wasn't appearing on their's, and someone else suggested removing any cookies related to the game. I tried doing that, but all it did was erase all my data, and the problem still persisted.
For the sake of order, though, maybe it's for the better that my scores have been reset. In fact, I actually assumed they'd be permanent. And, seeing after I've lost the levels I unlocked in Wonderful Pistachios, I think I'll just use codes freely to unlock all the promotional levels available. Not like using a cheating device to obtain certain mons in Pokemon, because they'd still be legitimate, and all I'd have missed out on were the actual corresponding events themselves (except for the few prizes I obtained from WP). In fact, they actually encourage sharing codes online, and the WP promotion (not sure about the other two) explicitly said "No purchase necessary").
Right now, I would like to start fresh with the entire game, now that everything's been released and I know about the Chrome symbols, but I would rather wait until later when the aforementioned glitch has (hopefully) been ironed out. In the meantime, Mom plans to bring me today to Stop 'n' Shop to deposit those recyclables from the other day, and with GameStop right next door to it, today might just be a good day to spend the cash Dad gave me last week on something for my Nintendo DS. (Don't really feel like playing anything that I already have before, including Mother 3.)

On the plus side, I've asked Getter Love!! reviewer Kristina Potts yesterday if she happens by any chance to own the game's instruction manual, describing the reason I asked, and she told me this morning that she actually had everything on the website backed up on her computer. She sent me a .zip file containing 571k worth of images. However, I am currently unable to open .zip files, and will need Brian's help on looking into it. Add the fact that, for some reason, the size changes to 417k when I either download it or try forwarding it to Jake, I have asked her to send them to me raw. Still have yet to hear from her again.

Mom told me just moments ago that the job opportunity at Bethpage isn't really worthwhile, given the nature of the jobs there and the fact that it's too far away to take SCAT to. Oh well.
