Okay, so it doesn't have the same ethereal texture that she gave to Milfeulle or Saga. Not that that's any big deal; just that that was the reason I asked her in particular for this pic. I would assume she made it more plain because I asked her if she could change those few images from .png format to .jpg. Pics of the former fail to appear on our current monitor (at least when I look at them individually; they do appear in the archives and on my laptop), but she told me that .png allows for better quality and transparent images. Maybe I'll ask later for an improved version, letting her know then that I am able to view .png images on my laptop, just not on our PC.
Then again, the 2002 edition of Kanon didn't look so glossy as the 2006 edition, and for that matter, neither did Air (save for the cover art).
