Admittedly, "PSI" sounds cooler than "PK", but actually stands for "parapsychological" rather than being actual initials. Couldn't think of my own acronym either, but I still do call it "psionics" as well.

Anyway, just what the title says. Not gonna describe different levels of each technique, except for a few where the effect does differ in ways other than being simply stronger or weaker. "Omega" does not come after "Gamma"; Gamma continues with Delta, Epsilon, and so on, and Omega would require years of use for any given technique. "Game" is for if a ROMhack (or a game built from scratch) ever gets made, which there's no guarantee of.

Group I: Offensive

1) Force:
Fic: Levitates something.
Game: Prevents one or multiple targets from moving for a few turns, although they can still use psionics.

2) Neutralize: Negates shields and other PK effects, just like the Neutralizer in Earthbound.

3) Hypnosis: Puts one or multiple targets to sleep. Doesn't work on inanimate things such as objects or robots.

4) Brainshock:
Fic: Scrambles the brain activity of one or multiple targets, causing them briefly not to be able to function properly. Doesn't work on anything inanimate.
Game: Confuses one or multiple targets.

5) Laser:
Fic: A beam of neon-colored plasma shoots in a straight line, and could hit targets from a distance, though more accuracy would be required the further away the target is from the user.
Game: A beam is fired from the user's position and also hits any enemies in its path as well as the intended target. (Positions of party members might or might not be customizable between battles, with two rows of five* spaces each available instead of just one row for everyone.)

(*7/18/15: As per a decision from later on, there are now twelve members to the party itself, so "five" would now be "six".)

6) Drain:
Fic: Saps energy from one or multiple targets to add to the user's. Said energy could take different forms depending on the enemy, be it stamina (from living things), stuff that allows objects to act, or whatever it would be that allows a robotic enemy to function, and would convert to whatever kind of energy the user runs on.
Game: Steals HP from one or multiple targets, just like the HP Suckers from Earthbound.

7) Magnet:
Fic: Saps PK (PsychoKinetic) energy from one or multiple targets.
Game: Saps PP (Psionic Points) from one or multiple targets.

8) Offense Down:
Fic: Decreases one or multiple targets' physical strength.
Game: Reduces one or multiple targets' Offense (much more so than in Earthbound, which was true in Earthbound Zero and Mother 3).

9) Defense Down:
Fic: Decreases one or multiple targets' endurance.
Game: Reduces one or multiple targets' Defense.

10) Speed Down:
Fic: Slows one or multiple targets down.
Game: Reduces one or multiple targets' Speed.

11) LockOn: The user ensures that the next attack will guarantee a hit on one target.

12) Sonic:
Fic: Creates ultrasonic noise to throw the enemy off.
Game: Confuses one or multiple enemies.

13) Lucky Star: The equivalent to Rockin (Earthbound) and Love (Mother 3). Only Kagami, Konata, Miyuki, and Rokuna* can use this. (Rokuna can, because she was chosen by one of the four initial crystals. Tsukasa can't, because she is incapable of psionics to begin with. And yes, this Rokuna is a variation of the one from Mon Colle Knights.)
Fic: Attacks multiple enemies with multi-colored plasma.
Game: Attacks all enemies in a given battle.

Group II: Defensive

1) Shield: Halves physical damage for whoever it's applied to. Certain levels can also reflect damage. Can last depending on either time or the number of hits, unless PK Neutralize is used.

2) Power Shield: Negates or reflects all offensive forms of psionics from whomever it's applied to.

3) LifeUp:
Fic: Gives the recipient a boost of energy to continue living. Doesn't heal injuries. Stronger levels can apply to multiple people at a time.
Game: Recovers HP.

4) Offense Up:
Fic: Increases one or multiple targets' physical strength.
Game: Increases one or multiple targets' Offense.

5) Defense Up:
Fic: Increases one or multiple targets' endurance.
Game: Increases one or multiple targets' Defense.

6) Speed Up:
Fic: Speeds one or multiple targets up.
Game: Increases one or multiple targets' Speed.

7) 4th-D Slip:
Fic: Teleports a short distance away. No movement required. Alpha only allows the user alone to warp, but stronger levels would allow larger and larger groups to warp at a time.
Game: Lets the party flee a battle unconditionally, unlike with the "Run Away" command (which would be a gamble between leaving the battle altogether and giving the enemy a free turn).

8) Hologram:
Fic: Creates a light-based image of the user or someone else. Stronger levels would allow multiple images to be created.
Game: Enemies that try to attack whoever is duplicated might not hit the target, unless they attack everyone.

9) Vanish:
Fic: The user will cause herself or an ally to become invisible, unable to interact with the world around them (save for psionics) but invunlerable to physical attacks. They are still vunlerable to psionics. Stronger levels could apply to multiple people at a time.
Game: Anyone whom this is applied to cannot fight physically, but cannot be hurt by physical attacks either. They still can use and be hurt by psionics.

10) Transfer: Gives PP to one other person.

11) Distribute: PP spent on this move will be distributed evenly to multiple people.

Group III: Elemental

1) Fire:
Fic: Creation and manipulation of fire.
Game: Attacks enemies positioned in a row. Anything that can catch fire will wind up unable to fight for one turn as it struggles to put it out, if it's even still alive after being hit.

2) Freeze:
Fic: Envelops things in extremely cold air, turning any moisture around them into frost.
Game: One target only, but will guarantee that the target is unable to move for at least one turn if susceptible.

3) Thunder:
Fic: Manipulation of static electricity.
Game: A thunderbolt will attack a random enemy. Stronger levels will cause more than one bolt to strike.

4) Douse:
Fic: Manipulation of water.
Game: Attacks a circle of enemies with an explosion of water.

5) Tremor:
Fic: Manipulation of the earth.
Game: Knocks down all enemies bound to the ground, canceling one move.

6) Gale:
Fic: Manipulation of air to create wind.
Game: Attacks a circle of enemies with a whirlwind.

7) Flash: Creates blinding light. Will not work on robots or other inanimate objects designed to act on their own.

8) Shadow: Renders the user's surroundings too dark to see anything, except for the user themselves.

9) Healing:
Fic: Heals injuries and abnormalities. Stronger levels can heal multiple people at a time.
Game: Cures certain status ailments, depending on the level.

10) Forge:
Fic: Makes someone stronger and hardier. Stronger levels can work on multiple people at a time.
Game: Increases someone's Offense and Defense. Stronger levels can work on multiple allies.

11) Timestop: Freezes time for a high amount of PP. Only the most powerful PK users can wield this.

12) Starstorm: The ultimate power! Stars rain down on the surroundings and damage everything and everyone in their path. Only the most powerful PK users can wield this.

Group IV: Non-combat

1) Teleport: Allows the party (i.e. the user and anyone nearby of her choice) to backtrack to any place they have previously visited, if they have enough room to use this.

2) Micro: Shrinks the entire party to just a few inches tall. (Not sure if this will make it into the actual fic.)

3) Macro: Enlarges the party to a few dozen meters tall. (Not sure if this will make it into the actual fic.)
