dmxratedMom got me this book two days ago, called Eat Me: The Food and Philosophy of Kenny Shopsin. It has all kinds of recipes for making various kinds of foods, along with some background behind each. Just yesterday, Mom and I tried out one of his methods for making cheeseburgers, and made one each for me, her, and Dad for lunch.
