dmxratedAfter some trial and error with Quicktime on my laptop and VLC on my desktop, I downloaded a program called ShareX yesterday, with which to record a planned playthrough of Yoshi's Island. Spent a few hours on World 1 (most of it on the Extra stage Poochy Ain't Stupid, where I kept losing life after life before finally scoring 100), but the clip failed after 37 minutes.
Started over later after deciding to play for only half an hour at a time (better for my brain anyway, and I'd get more enjoyment out of it that way).

Went with Mom to the gym last night. After we finished a mile each on the treadmill, we headed over to Stop 'n' Shop, and someone approached us and asked for some food, money, and some kind of insurance. Mom gave him a five, agreed to meet him in front of the store, and sent me over to Subway to buy a ham-and-cheese sandwich and a soda (his request), but he wasn't there when we finished shopping.
Mom said that he probably just tried to scam us, but now I'm all set for lunch today.
