dmxratedCalled Barnes & Noble yesterday. Mom and Brian didn't actually expect those two Tart volumes to arrive by then, and I wouldn't have been surprised either if they didn't, but on the contrary, not only had they both arrived earlier, but my hold on them had actually expired, and the person I spoke to could only find 5 to put back on hold.
Thought about whether to go anyway with Brian, but Mom later suggested in an email that I treat him to lunch or dinner at one of several other places at or near Smithhaven Mall itself. Brian eventually declined on that, preferring to eat at home instead, but then Mom decided to re-heat some leftovers for dinner, Brian had something to look for at BestBuy, and we wound up eating at a nearby Applebee's from there while getting some discussion in about both some cosmic event to account for the Cibusverse as a byproduct of canon Madoka events and the prospect of adapting Suzune Magica into the Cibus project. The former of those is such a mind screw that it will probably have to wait until Chelle is ready to discuss fanfiction again, although I have just contacted her about the latter after having already suggested the possibility of Tsubaki still being alive when Matsuri and Kagari find her again when we were back home.
