dmxratedMom had off from work yesterday (and is off today, too), and asked me the day before if there was anything I'd be interested in doing. I suggested eating lunch out, and we went to Panera Bread in Riverhead before shopping at the Costco store nearby. I got a four-cheese grilled cheese and a kitchen sink cookie, while Mom got this salad called The Goddess, which she shared some of with me.
Yesterday later on was also what's going to be my last cans-and-bottles return visit to Stop & Shop, with six bags of stuff from Bobby and Karen. We didn't go to the gym, but Mom said it was gonna rain, and she didn't want to leave them inside the van either. Made a total of $11.80, and Mom wondered how many viable items I would've had for 5 cents each (238).
And, we now have a large air conditioner installed in our dining room, from which it will also cool down the kitchen and living room. Dad bought it the day before, and needed help managing it every now and then yesterday before finally fitting it into a window shortly before dinner.
