Nov. 24th, 2018 05:31 amFinally got around to hosting the Starbound and Makendou projects these past couple of days.
As it turns out, Emuparadise does not host ISOs anymore. It stopped just three months ago, and the one person so far who took up the Makendou project filled me in after I linked to its page for Makeruna! Makendou Z. (On the other hand, I did discover some video tutorials on how to run ISOs in general, which not only saves me the trouble of trying to re-figure out how to run Mednafen, but would also accommodate non-Windows users.)
As for Starbound, there are not going to be any further updates until I reach the party's return to Japan, when I can iron out how long each preceding arc can pan out for in-story.

Yesterday, Mom had to bring me to Zwanger-Pesiri for a chest X-ray for something Dr. Mattimoe specified the other day as a virus that's been going around that I had caught late in September.
After that ended, Mom had to get gas and do some shopping, and I went into the gas station store after fueling the car up to buy a QuickDraw ticket. Turned out that place doesn't do QuickDraw, so I instead ordered a Mega Millions with a Megaplier, only to remember right after purchase that multipliers are only for when I roll a 1 upon deciding my next game. (Didn't win.)
Well, the previous day, Mom sent Brian to Meat Farms for a few things, and I came to chat with him and buy a Numbers ticket. While I normally buy $1-tickets, the person I spoke to instead printed up a 50¢ one instead, without even asking first. They did ask if I'd like a second one just to even it out, but I just bought the one ticket instead, and in a way, it sort of evens things out right now.
Would have had enough singles for a carton of eggs from a deli that Mom asked me to buy, though, if I had remembered not to apply a Megaplier, but it's not very often to begin with that the game I plan on isn't run wherever I happen to go.
(Speaking of the lottery, I also bought myself an already planned Powerball ticket on Wednesday before Brian and I left Bagels Your Way Cafe. I went to use the restroom, Brian waited for me by the right-hand door, I went out the left door assuming he was at the car, didn't see him, and went into a nearby card store for my ticket before finding him back inside the restaurant.)
(Also oddly enough, I just discovered upon visiting the respective page to copy "50¢", that last night's winning digits in Numbers are 4-4-4. Three of the same digit, how ironic!)
