dmxratedNot to my surprise, Yokai Kitchen just didn't cut it for me.
Normally, simply having a break from it would have been in order when I started finding myself bored with it. However, what I was looking for primarily that Food Fantasy had, the ability to feed your characters, is not even there. (The wiki does list "preferred dishes" among other things for each yokai, even though that field is blank, but maybe that refers to what they'd prefer to cook.)
With WaniKani still off, this might normally be reason enough to try Food Fantasy again right now, so that I have that on hand in the future for when I only need a single day or so of downtime. It also helps that two more Food Souls have gained artifacts in China. However, right now, I need to figure out what to do regarding Starbound, since nothing is panning out so far with the position on Upwork and just one, not-so-helpful forum response each on Starmen.net and ROMhacking. I would prefer not to set myself up for three weeks of nothing coming my way and I still don't know what to do.
