dmxratedTwo mornings ago, our Internet connection started acting up. After having several Wanikani sessions interrupted, I put that on vacation mode, and even though nothing actually persisted on my computer, that turned out to be the right choice when Mom had to chat with Brian about her iPad and Dad's computer.
With Mom still home and needing help all day yesterday, I left WK on hiatus still.
The previous night, she couldn't find tinsel anywhere she normally goes for it. I tried Google Shopping, found some at Walmart, and the two of us made a point of going there first thing in the morning.
The rest of the day consisted of various tasks, including helping her bake Christmas cookies, collecting brush to put out, and coiling our hoses up to tie up. She and Dad want me to chop up the rest of that wood, but I actually didn't even get to do that, and am planning to continue that today.
