Dec. 27th, 2019 05:56 amHad a bowl of some Berry Berry Kix for the first time in ages just yesterday, and it doesn't have those grape clusters anymore, just simple pellets colored purple among all the yellow ones. (Even Marie commented on that during dinner.)
-----
Went with Brian and Marie to Tanger Outlets, where they wanted to try on some clothes each at a different store. I went to the food court for the first time in a while, and got myself a chicken ranch BLT wrap.
Even though I promised to meet Marie back at Theory where she had chosen, she wasn't there when I came back, but I did notice both her and Brian outside the door after looking around for a bit.
We then drove to Bagel Lovers, but I didn't bother ordering anything. I had requested we go to Bagels 'n' a Hole Lot More, since BL doesn't have anything unique for snacks, but Brian said it would be too much of a hike back home.

Despite having considered what Mom and Brian said, I think I more or less have earned myself some time with a game, given how much I've already done with THIS IS IT! and my icon sheet this past month. Mom actually said that her main concern was about conceiving of new projects to distract myself from my main one, and while Brian was concerned about me supposedly playing a game for three months, I'd say he was assuming based on how long it would take him to complete a game, since he has a job and likes to do stuff with his friends on his downtime. Most games take me about a week or two to complete, and even though he did mention that whole deal with Food Fantasy, what I commissioned for around that is not something I ever plan on doing again.
So far, I have decided that I could actually use a change in pace from Earthbound, given how much I already deal with that, similarly to how little spoons I actually had to try out Super Paper Mario until long after I received that last year.
I have also considered trying out Persona 2: Innocent Sin, so as to have something to share with David if we do end up going to Virginia soon, but my original plans for that were only in place from a few months ago under the assumption that I would be managing things as I had planned to a year ago (which I had failed to since even then). Long story short, things just remained too much of a mess even since last summer, and just trying ePSXe out just to figure out how to run it should suffice for before we head down.
So, Star Ocean it is.
