Been meaning to mention, but a week ago, Mom and I found an auction for the player's guide for Suikoden for initially just $1, and kept tabs on that until it ended last Wednesday. That evening, we had a thunderstorm which took the wi-fi out just briefly, and I bade $100 earlier than I already planned to, once the Internet was up and running again.

Turns out I would have lost anyway, when someone outbade me at the last minute (literally). Evidently, no one else thought of that, because I remained the second-to-last bidder, and the next one down only bade $40 after I bade.
