dmxratedI am planning to flesh everyone in the Cibus game out more so than in Lisa. By exactly how much is up in the air, but might go as far as to include optional intra-party conversations, as well as how emotional everyone would be whenever someone dies, which would depend on how close they were to her to begin with and even whether or not they got along well enough.
I do recall something similar as one of the stretch goals from Eiyuden Chronicle's Kickstarter campaign. Brought that up on Discord last night, and copied most of the relevant replies to one of my files. One of them specified that that particular feature might actually be restricted to such places as bathhouses and taverns. Still, even though not all 108 Stars of Destiny in any given Suikoden game were actually playable, with still dozens of characters who will be here while only five at a time can accompany the lead character, I can see that its still gonna be a lot of work.
From there, I've decided that when the game comes out in two years, I am going to play it multiple times to see how different each conversation at each point in the game actually is under different parties.
While I'm at that, then might be a good time to write up its randomization walkthrough, to revise with each playthrough.
And to precede that, I should write up some walkthroughs for Lisa, the Earthbound trilogy, Getter Love!!, maybe Dragon Warrior III (to make up for Earthbound Zero) and Kiratto Kaiketsu!, and of course, most of the main Suikoden series. I will make a point of requesting the player's guides for at least Suikoden I and II for my birthday this coming year, and V for Christmas following (there is no guide for III, and I'm not likely to play IV, since that game has mostly seafood on its menu).
In the meantime, I would expect to resume Wanikani probably on Tuesday or Wednesday, when I am done troping and taking care of other things online once and for all.
