dmxratedCreated an account each on Rev and ProZ a few days ago. Managed to apply for two so far on ProZ, but while not everything asked for years of experience, a few others asked for a resume.
No surprise that people would want proof of one's capabilities, and I think I'll get that started by restarting Kanji in Context after all. I might not be able to translate everything in there, but however much I do manage should be enough to then transcribe onto Google Docs, and maybe I'll even re-read Japanese the Manga Way in-between and then figure out some stuff I'll have skipped.
With that, I did rewatch one Unity video the other day, but that can wait until Monday, after I've had a chance to invest in KiC. My walkthrough can wait until I reach unit III.

Got around yesterday to sorting out a wallpaper and ringtone for my new phone, and while it was sort of a hassle with iTunes long out of business, the apps I'll need if I ever get another iPhone are FitWallp, Ringtones, and Garageband.

Mom had an oil change appointment yesterday, and I had an appointment for some replacement lenses for my glasses. She drove me to Smithhaven Mall, but inbetween lunch, getting a snack, and leaving, I barely had time just to flip through some drawing books and an issue of AnimeUSA in Barnes & Noble. (Not that I don't already have a ton of manga still unread from Savers.)
Next time I have any reason to head down there, though, I would like to try having lunch at The Cheesecake Factory instead of the food court.

As of right now, I have just cleared level 1 of Wanikani just by getting every one of its radicals and kanji right five times in a row, and now I have 81 lessons consisting of all its vocabulary, all radicals from level 2, and eight of that level's kanji, all of which I will take care of after I have breakfast. It only took three days to rise a level, including times I had allowed my reviews just to sit for a few hours knowing that there aren't enough sessions at a time right now to accumulate like they can as you go along. (At the moment, my very next review session is set for 3 AM next Wednesday.)
