dmxratedYesterday, I was down with some muscle aches and stomach cramps. At first, I thought I had slightly overexerted myself by lifting some heavy bags of mulch into the wheelbarrow the previous afternoon after a walk with Mom, and I was able to help Dad discard some stuff at the landfill, including two medium-sized stumps.
Upon coming home, though, I brought up a pack of ramen from the basement while entering the house through there while Dad cut some branches near Long Island Avenue, but found myself without spoons even just to make a sandwich, or even the appetite for even that, and ended up skipping lunch altogether.
Spent most of the day in bed, but Mom gave me some Ibuprofen when she came home, and I felt gradually better from there.
