New eBay auctions!
Sep. 23rd, 2021 05:27 amTook some time to list a bunch of games, manga, anime, player's guides, and magazines on eBay yesterday.
Here's everything currently up for sale:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/dmxrated/m.html?item=174949012624&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
So far, I've gotten several offers each for the following items:
1) David's old PSX collection ($170)
Offer ends in: 7 hours 58 minutes (as of this writing, provided no one else makes a better offer or bids normally.)
2) My Super NES w/ the following games ($70):
-Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
-Cool Spot
-a Super Game Boy w/ The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
Offer ends in: 13 hours 10 minutes.
3) Mario Party ($15)
Offer ends in: 14 hours 53 minutes
Will probably give until Saturday to see how much more anyone might be willing to pay for stuff while awaiting better offers and alerting people of their competition. Right now, I have a couple of books waiting for me at our library until Monday, with one other I had requested, and we can tie a visit to our post office in with that before Sunday when Mom has somewhere I might go with her.
Meanwhile, I might actually forego the SNES offer while I take a few days to play Yoshi's Island for one last time before parting with such an important part of my childhood. It's possible I might even get some regular bids for the price I listed it for.

Mom gave me a few gift cards yesterday that she found somewhere, for this place called Texas de Brazil. I tried to see how much was on them, but the numbers only turned up invalid. Mom told me that they might be empty, but I think in that case the balances would've just said $0.00, so I asked to hit somewhere soon just to make sure.
She did mention that there is a location at Smithhaven Mall, so I might consider going there sometime next week, after my auctions end, and as a bonus, I might be able to buy additional volumes of manga I already have at least two of, and then bundle those together for their own auctions. (Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid comes to mind, and if I do go with Mom to Pennsylvania, I might take then to read volume 2 of Tokyo Mew Mew (from Savers), after having already read v. 1 when we last went to see Aunt Allison and Grandpa Bob, along with two volumes of Angelic Layer and maybe even some of my single-volume manga.)
