Nov. 14th, 2021 08:03 amThe other day as I started chopping wood again (not so strenuously as before), the very middle of one medium-sized round fell out after I cut it in half and then the attached half to pieces. Showed Dad a few nights later, and he told me it's called a tree shake, from when it dries up faster than the outside and shrinks within or the tree itself suffers from wind or falling.
