Dec. 1st, 2021 04:41 amOnly a day after I finally settle down to play the game, suddenly, my investment is gone.
In a way, this is exactly what I hoped for, in order to refocus on Unity in a timely manner. However, I was hoping at least to see enough of the game before getting my Earthbound hack (for which I've actually de-prioritized some remaining changes for now, in order to move things along) to see if there is anything I should account for or would even warrant writing it off altogether, before I reopen the floodgates. I had better luck finding people potentially interested when I gave them a choice on what to work on than when I sought people for specific games, but just the other day, I read that Suikoden V lets you bring non-combatants into your reserve sub-party to do other things, something I would've had to play more than a few dungeons into to find out from the game itself, which means they get left out when everyone else eats, which rules out any reason to spend hundreds of dollars even just to raise the total party limit by two.
Right now, it would be easy enough to repost, again, for Suikoden I, but I have now just commissioned for some wikis, still have some remaining icons to receive for Revenant Kingdom, and only four aforementioned changes left to be made before I pay for the Earthbound hack and seek someone else on that. On top of that, I PM'ed ozidual about Getter Love!!, but noticed a few days later that he had visited without answering. All I asked that time was how it was coming along, but I have since asked if he could send me everything still left to translate. I doubt at this point that he'll answer that either, and once Orbay is done with Earthbound, unless I do hear anything about it, I might need him to do a full text-dump before I put him on Earthbound Zero and seek an actual translator. (That is something I'm gonna need to pursue really soon if that's to get done within a year, and I am not holding out so endlessly for ozidual as I did for Jake before.)
So, now is not a good time to be posting anything, until I see how much of a budget I have left maybe after the holidays.

I did say I was just about done with the firewood. Technically, there are still a number of rounds left to split, but I thought Dad did say we don't have to split everything if some stuff won't, and even if I misconstrued something there, I do recall more distinctly, telling him that I'd rather not hammer any wedges into something because I have had those bounce out and fly in some random direction before, and he validated me; he actually called that "a good point."
Got around to showing Dad my work yesterday, and he asked me if I could drive a wedge into any of the remaining rounds. Only four words in on my part, he cut me off and told me I could be done while he takes care of it instead. I got on it anyway, because I don't want him overexerting himself at his age.
Well, I managed to split a whole bunch in half without any problems.
A wedge flies up even once, though, I'm gonna see what I can split more easily then with the ax, stack everything small enough afterwards for that, and be done then.
