dmxratedBought a new player's guide for Super Mario RPG, in order to begin the walkthrough for that game while I await my mods of the Earthbound trilogy and Getter Love!!

The Internet went down for hours yesterday afternoon. I filled Mom in when she got home, and she mentioned having seen a cable truck parked somewhere. She then arranged for Optimum to call my phone (hers needed to be fixed) when everything would be back in order.
Would've been nice if I was still playing Disgaea, but I had spent some time reading a chapter of Mink and filling out a crossword in a puzzle book that's been laid out on our table lately. (Was still waiting for Brian to get back to me on an issue with Unity, although I should have googled it first, which I just have and solved this morning.)
The two of us headed out at 2:30 for what would be a total of two hours while she left her phone for repairs at IFixScreens just across the parking lot. What better day than any for that, without an Internet connection back at home anyway.
Just when we got out of the car, I noticed a whole flock of seagulls above the parking lot, and called Mom to look at them all while we were walking in different directions.
After the gym, we decided to do a bit of shopping at Stop&Shop to fill the rest of the time up before she could pick her phone back up.
