dmxratedEveryone went to some boat museum two days ago, but my parents had to come home early due to some back pains Dad started having.
Mom placed an order to Cafe Gia for a couple of pizzas for dinner. Someone also made some kind of dumplings, and gave her the recipe therefor.
I went with Mom to pick the pizzas up, so that I could grab myself a soda and a dessert. Got a pina colada Fanta and a slice of some cake that I never asked the name for; would like to get that next time I actually eat there.

All of our guests except Rob left yesterday, and I have the apartment back to myself now.
Went with Mom in the afternoon to run a few errands.
Having skipped my snack when I normally have that, I had been craving something cold and sweet by that point, and decided to get a sundae when we'd hit Costco. Turns out there was no ice cream left, but I noticed another machine still full that the clerk specified was for smoothies and mochas. Got a mocha, and I'd sure like to get one of those next time I actually dine there.

Lately, I have decided to commission for mods of more than just the four games I'm after primarily. Someone got back to me yesterday who claims to be able to extract a given game's source code from the game itself, and with Steam's summer sale going on for until the 7th, I suggested that he start with Revenant Kingdom, Epic Battle Fantasy 4, and Disgaea 1, 2, and 5, since those are currently the most off out of anything I'm interested in, so that he wouldn't have to pay more for them even during a later sale.
With the first two games already in my library, I am probably going to buy just the three Disgaea games for this sale myself. Even though I already own 1 and 5 for my Switch, and would like to actually complete 1 before anything else in the series, they are both physical copies, and I am not modding them or the Switch itself, and will only buy an already modded unit once someone I have reason to trust offers to mod anything not playable on Windows (the only current example being Xenoblade Chronicles 3).
In contrast to this whole past year, I also have reason now to expect to wind up backlogged soon, provided Muhammad isn't trying to scam me. This morning, he has requested funds for a paid extractor for the source code of each game, but has stated being able to take care of each game in under a week from there. Originally, he charged only $15* plus the current cost for each game; I did agree to pay extra, but also explained that he will only get paid when 1) he sends me each actual mod, 2) I get around to test-playing them after sorting out any higher priorities, and 3) I verify all changes having been made and no bugs left over. (I have also stated wanting to complete Disgaea 1 before playing any other games in that series, which would stall 2 and 5 for even longer. Still waiting to hear back from him.)
(*I should mention that he lives in Pakistan, where that might actually be a lot.)
Suffice to say, this seems like a good time for now to let up on reposting for anything, and to leave Xuebo and Aderemi alone about their own assignments. If either of those two fail, I might just have myself a backup contractor right now if Muhammad actually does follow through.
