Found out yesterday morning that this kind of Reuben sandwich Mom makes for lunch or dinner every now and then is more specifically called a Rachel sandwich. The latter became a Food Soul, and Wikipedia specifies it to replace pastrami or turkey with corned beef, and cole slaw with sauerkraut, which I request left off.

Mom and I have agreed later yesterday to look for pastrami at Meat Farms today, in order to make more authentic Reubens at some point.
