Aug. 4th, 2022 03:55 amNebula went on to take her exams, started slowing down at #4, and initially lost at 6. I upgraded all her equipment by type, transferred all my free specialists to what I gave her, and she went on to win.
She then proposed Raise Military Funds again, but with so many new senators attending, she wasn't able to pass it.
Having unlocked so many different bills to propose, I put all my Common non-upgraded items that were in the warehouse into the item bag, and then started replacing those already equipped, deciding randomly which order to equip everyone in. Whichever loose items still had free specialists attached were the first I'd give each person who didn't have a Rare, Legendary, or upgraded weapon.
With everyone weilding only Rare, Legendary, or upgraded equipment, Rare non-upgraded equipment was the next for the item bag, followed by five Common upgraded items to fill the remaining spaces.
With the total number of bills (including Raise Military Funds, Transmigrate (which isn't really a bill but still requires demon rank 3), and those unlocked after promotion exam 1) at 19, I rolled a 20-sided 10, and selected Stronger Enemies for the one remaining chance that Nebula would take on the Dark Assembly. Fitting, considering that I've already outmatched most of my enemies at this point due to any number of trips through the Item World.
And, I passed it without a fight.
It only took one more trip through the Item World, though, through a Rare level 10 Pixie's Bow, to almost reach two other milestones at the same time.
One of my Prinnies, Mariell, was arranged on Google Sheets to recruit a Skilled Nosferatu, managed to collect 64 mana along the way, and only has 2 left. However, I am not going to put him through any promotion exams, after having just seen how far someone twice as powerful at this point could get through those. Nosferatus can only be hunted in the Item World, through a rank-39+ item, presumably from B41 onward, meaning hundreds if not thousands of levels strong, and I do not expect to go there on this cycle. The Talos you can find in the Cave of Ordeal, on the other hand, are all level 150 by default, and that might be a pretty good litmus test for when to take on more promotion exams, once I can fulfill certain other criteria in turn first.
Another Prinny, Va, was set earlier on to recruit a Genius female Warrior at 5,000 mana. Having taken pressure off of Mariell, I managed to amass him a whopping 681, and now he only has 69 left to go.
(And Nebula, after already climbing one level upon landing the killing blow to Prism Red between having passed RMF the first time and said Item World run, went on to climb another three in the Item World, leaving her off at 63.)
Being so close to my current goals, I decided to put the game down for the rest of the day, and save it all for this morning.
Today, I have a bus coming at 10 to take me to the mall, so I am only going to play one session of the game this morning, since the Item World takes several hours to complete an Item World run in one sitting. Mariell will get to take out one enemy at their default level, Va will get just as many as it takes to fulfill his quota, and then without any further competition for kills, Nebula will get as many as possible from there as I toss enemies onto eachother to combine them and level them way up.
