dmxratedWent with Marie and Drew yesterday to a nature preserve near Sag Harbor. We went somewhere there to offer birdseed by the hand to the birds there, and attracted some tufted titmice.
We continued all the way to a beach near the Long Island Sound, before heading back.

I had received a gift card for Texas Roadhouse for Christmas, and the five of us planned to have dinner there. Turned out we would've had to wait two hours before getting to eat there, so Drew drove me and Marie around to this Australian place called Outback Steakhouse to meet Brian and Emily.
I ordered some kind of burger, a sweet potato, and some kiwi strawberry lemonade, followed by a dessert called Chocolate Thunder from Down Under. That potato also came with a small cup of what turned out to be butter and brown sugar when I had a nibble after finishing said potato.

Grandma Ella had arrived here by the time we came back home. She is the only one within Mom's extended family coming over; everyone else is remaining in Pennsylvania to watch over Grandpa Bob in hospice.
