Muhammad did ask me several times to compensate him, in order to pay his team for work they had done on Disgaea, but I successfully said no, pointing out that that project was supposed to be on hiatus.

We then reached an agreement to discuss further payments once he delivers in full on Earthbound.

(Even when he does, though, I am still going to need a job before I greenlight Disgaea again, and I will insist on receiving an actual build of the game personally before each payment, no matter how incomplete or unstable.)

Dad tried out pulling a few of those roots out by hand, and clipping any that wind up stuck. I joined him, and I can already see a difference where I was sitting to do that.

This cancels out any need to mow the ivy patch itself any further.

We have also decided just to hire someone to saw that log up this weekend. Chopping the resulting logs should not take as long as pulling out all those roots one spot at a time.

With that, I am going to pull some roots out once it gets light out, until it gets rather hot. That's gonna be my focus today and tomorrow, but will be for late in the afternoon when I finish the chopping, when I just want to get a few small tasks done and then settle back down with Starbound already.
