Had work from 12 to 4 yesterday. Lashawna sent me to José's office at 2, who spent the next hour showing me how employees and even Long Island locations are rated both daily and weekly.

From what he showed me, I've been doing good overall so far, but need to increase how many orders I batch up for each pick, and reduce how long it takes me on average to find each individual item.
