dmxratedBeen feeling better these past few days. Still having allergies, but I did find myself functional enough on Saturday to review some people's work on Upwork once and for all, after already doing some raking the day prior.
That said, Mom was next to feel sick, followed by Dad a day or two later.
A few days ago, I received an interview text from Staples in Patchogue, at the time for tomorrow mid-morning, to which Dad agreed to drive me. Mom was already sick, but he had yet to fall ill. In anticipation to that, I came down early yesterday morning to find some fresh COVID masks, after only finding three used ones in the car (from the hospital where Mom works), but Mom agreed to find some for me later in the day.
Having still been reading a chapter each day of Magical Girl Raising Project: Episodes, it also occurred to me then to find To Heart, of which she's still only around halfway through volume 1, for her to continue reading while she's sick. That turned out to be in one of the cabinets on either side of her and Dad's bed, where she suggested I look.
Mom did find me a pack of masks while making some chicken soup for lunch, but also suggested I reschedule that interview altogether, seeing how not only would Dad be unable to drive me, but to show up sick at all might show a lack of consideration even with a mask on. She even went to reschedule a dentist appointment of Dad's from the next day, and I managed to reschedule for 11:10 on the 29th.

Made a point of finishing up Episodes yesterday, so that that doesn't keep distracting me from my main agenda. Going to save Limited for another day, but with only several chapters left as of yesterday, I managed to squeeze the last two in before a trip Mom had planned for Costco, to which I decided to come mainly to eat out so that she would only have Dad to cook or reheat something for.
