Feb. 22nd, 2008 06:29 amYesterday, my bus was due at 3:00 PM, but didn't show up until exactly 3:15. I was about to call Mom on my cell phone just seconds before it arrived. When I got on, the busdriver said that he had three more pickups to make before taking me home. He stopped at a 7-Eleven because he had to wait some time before making the first stop after mine. While we were there, he offered to pay for some stuff if I wanted to get anything there. I got a chocolate-covered donut and a strawberry Nesquik.
When I got home, I told Mom about it when she asked if anything happened in school. She told me that I shouldn't "make" anyone pay for stuff that I want, unless they're someone I know well enough.
This morning, we have more than two inches of snow on the ground for the first time this winter, and it's still snowing as I write. Will this affect my bus schedule?

Okay, so I'm saving my ROM copy of Getter Love!! for after I finish writing Chronicles of 7th Grade and posting it onto this blog. However, something tells me that even though buying the 64-bit harem game off of Ebay probably isn't the most practical idea, it would still be cool to make it part of my sub-collection of Nintendo 64 games. In fact, it would be even better if after writing a translation patch for the game, I could somehow write the data into the game pak to make it fully playable. Of course, that won't be necessary if it gets an official translation for the Wii Virtual Console, the Nintendo DS, or the PSP, in which case, I'd gladly invest in it. I sent a letter to Hudson Soft asking if they had plans for a re-release of the game; not likely that they'll actually respond, though, but it's always worth a try.
