Mar. 10th, 2011 06:55 amAt this point, I have reason to believe that zefibutt has cheated me out of 59 points since more than a month ago.
Well, the whole thing starts with a commission I assigned her at that point. When I contacted her two or three weeks ago, she said she lost the pic, and said that she'd send it to me. It never came. Last Sunday, I contacted her again, she told me just yesterday that it should've come, and I told her it never did and suggested that she use Photobucket instead. She said that her dad doesn't approve of Photobucket (sound weird yet?), and offered to host it on DeviantArt. She didn't. I even contacted her twice afterwards, and could tell that she had already read the first note before I sent the second one.
To confirm whether my suspicions were correct, I read through the comments on her userpage, and contacted four people who had asked her for commissions through said comments during these past months. One of them had pretty much the same story, telling me that she had used the same excuse ("it got lost") for not showing her anything. Another said that he ended up doing an art trade with her instead, but she got a mediocre product in the deal, compared to all of zefi's personal artwork. He was nice enough to contact the help desk, though; something which I didn't bother doing because I thought I read before that they don't resolve transaction disputes, but that might have actually been Point Commissioners.
The second person still had yet to read his note last time I checked, but the first one did thank me for warning her against this loser, and was glad she turned him down the first time around.
So, in short, I've been cheated out of 59 points, and all I was able to do was cheat her out of one potential customer. I don't think I'm interested either in watching her comments, since only four people contacted her that way for commissions, and to watch it would either clutter my inbox or require me to keep checking her userpage.

In other news, Auru24 has given me a full refund of 56 points, since she still has six other commissions to work on before mine. She was just gonna be working on another beehive senshi pic, so this is good. Now, if only I hadn't paid anything to zefibutt in the first place, I'd now have just barely enough to pay for Milfeulle's pic, and then some.
On that note, nanashi-no told me last night that she had to back out of that one. Would've saved me 230 points (tip included), but Chelle actually came to the rescue. A lucky coincidence, because nanashi lives in Germany, Chelle speaks the language, and she just so happened to be reading my comments out of boredom. I happened to wake up just 15 minutes after her first reply, which was just minutes to three in the morning here (earlier than I usually get up), because I found myself barely able to stay asleep at that time.
Here's hoping that everything turns out well regarding Milfeulle.
