Feb. 8th, 2023 07:21 amMom and I went sailing with Uncle Robby up and down the Indian River across the street. Dad was going to come with us at first, but found himself in too much pain from his recent operation to go.
Rob stopped at various spots to fish, we passed near this pond where Mom took us kids to swim back in 1994, and we turned around from there to sail down the St. Sebastian River branching off in the other direction.
We also saw all kinds of wildlife throughout the ride, including ospreys, pelicans, cormorants, egrets, porpoises, an alligator, and the backs of some variation of manatees that I can't remember the name of (Rob did tell us what they actually were).

The ride lasted hours and hours, and I wound up having a nap for more than another hour when we got back.
Just shortly before dinner, I came into the main house to find everyone watching this movie called Glass Onion. The previous night, I was too tired after dinner even to play Rummikub with everyone, but I actually felt refreshed last night, and asked if anyone would be interested in watching an episode of How Heavy are the Dumbbells You Lift?, after having brought that up two days ago. We agreed instead for after lunch today.
