dmxratedSpotted a lone star tick on the kitchen floor yesterday afternoon, that we promptly flushed away. Mom wondered how I managed to spot something so tiny, but I could not help but wonder why it was facing away from us when I had spotted it.
This was right before we headed out to run some errands.

The first of those was an interview at Chipotle in Lake Ronkonkoma.
The second was at this nursery called Fantastic Gardens. I decided to wait near the car, but spotted a couple of birds on the chainlink fence, and took a picture to send to Uguu Blue. (Mom eventually asked why I didn't show her in person when she had returned to the car, and went on to identify them as false mockingbirds, and also as a mother feeding her chick.)
The remaining two stops were at King Kullen further ahead, and then at South Country Library.

Decided after dinner last night to re-show Mom Nyanko Days, having brought that up in comparison to Nekopara when we first started watching Taruto. She hadn't remembered seeing it in Greenport, but while she did see the whole series through then, it was only an episode and a half in this time before she asked to drop it. (Maybe I'll re-show Brian when he and Emily come over, since he already brought it up twice since that first time.)
In lieu of that, we started watching season 2 of SpyXFamily.
