Mom and I drove to the beach for a walk. Apparently, there was some kind of accident on or around Horseblock Road, that required another road to get closed off, and the intersection we get on through was busier than usual. There was also a line of LIPA trucks just past the closed road.

We made a point to take a different route back home, and turned then around a gas station onto Patchogue-Yaphank Road, before turning near the Pumpkin Patch Farm Stand back onto Long Island Avenue.
